We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Capability Center team at the Administrative Assistants Hub. This role will be based in Ciudad de Mexico. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Administrative Assistants ensure smooth daily operations for teams, departments, or senior executives by managing travel, calendars, expenses, and correspondence. The Lead Administrative Coordinator, operating at a higher support level, oversees daily administrative functions, resolves complex issues, mentors junior staff, and ensures quality control and effective communication within the team.
We will count on you to:
Monitors continuity of administrative work operations by discovering irregularities and communicating recommendations to management, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information and identifying and communicating solutions to enhance performance.
Provides high level secretarial and administrative support, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Provides training and mentoring and evaluates performance of lower-level administrative staff in the department to facilitate employee development and achievement of their personal goals.
Provides peer review of documents before final production/distribution to ensure quality control of final product.
Handles higher level internal and external inquiries to support high level of customer satisfaction and communication.
Undertakes complex administrative duties with specific projects as required.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in high-level administrative support, in a leadership or coordinator role.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to perform quality control on documents and correspondence.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising junior administrative staff.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Proficiency in office software and administrative tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems).
Advanced level of English C1.
