You will report directly to the IT Manager. In this role, you will support and enhance Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, serving as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will contribute to the successful delivery of Oracle HCM initiatives by translating business requirements into effective technical solutions while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities* Manage Oracle HCM Modules: Oversee Talent Acquisition and Talent Management modules, with a focus on leveraging AI and automated provisioning of access for efficient resource management.
* Business Requirements Translation: Analyze and understand business needs to convert them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Bridge Between Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between business teams and system integration partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
* Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in HCM processes by integrating innovative technology solutions, optimizing user experience, and improving overall system performance.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
* Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.
* Technical experience working with Oracle HCM.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
* Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
