As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Solstice, you will provide high-level support to the Corporate Development team, enabling efficient execution of strategic initiatives, transactions, and executive priorities.
In this role, you will make an impact by leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, managing highly confidential information, and supporting executive-level presentations. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
You will report directly to our Chief Development Office, and you will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ headquarters on an On-site work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, and administrative priorities.
- Prepare and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations, reports, and communications.
- Coordinate M&A and strategic planning activities, including meeting logistics, action tracking, and document management.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Support the Development team in adopting new digital tools and technologies.
- Track strategic initiatives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely.
- Assisting planning and coordinating business development events, workshops, and leadership meetings.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, supporting Business Development, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Consulting, or M&A teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Physical or operational conditions

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $81,824K - $102,221K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
