What we are looking for
As Lead Acquisition & Brand Experience Manager you are responsible for driving sustainable growth by attracting new consumers, strengthening brand awareness and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints. The role combines performance-driven lead acquisition, brand building, and in-store communication excellence, acting as a key driver of lead marketing strategy.
You are obsessed by performing and at the same time transforming our marketing operations, always putting the customer first and in a data driven way.
You are part of the local marketing team and report to the Marketing Director for the Belgium market. In this important and dynamic role you are the right hand of the Marketing Director, giving you an all-round marketing experience and high level of exposure within the company.
Key accountabilities
Lead Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation across digital channels, Call Center and DM, optimizing media investments to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Design, manage and continuously optimize the Referral Program as a key acquisition lever, working on mechanics, communication, go to market and performance tracking. Collaborate with CRM and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of referral initiatives across customer touchpoints.
- Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, from awareness to lead conversion, leveraging data and digital platforms.
- Define, execute and continuously optimize annual, quarterly and monthly marketing activation plans.
- Lead digital paid media strategy, including planning, activation, optimization and performance tracking.
- Use digital analytics and insights to improve customer journeys, conversion rates and personalization.
Brand Awareness & Brand Activation
- Build and strengthen brand awareness and top-of-mind, ensuring a clear and consistent brand positioning across all channels.
- Translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns, content and media plans that support awareness, consideration and acquisition objectives.
- Develop and manage co-marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships to generate qualified leads, expand reach and strengthen brand awareness. Identify, evaluate and activate partnerships with relevant brands, retailers, media or platforms, ensuring mutual value creation and alignment with brand strategy.
- Foster a strong creative culture, encouraging innovation and the development of new campaign ideas.
- Ensure all brand initiatives are aligned with global guidelines while being locally relevant.
Customer & In-Store Experience
- Lead the development of in-store communication materials, merchandising guidelines and point-of-sale assets, ensuring consistency with brand strategy.
- Work closely with Sales and Retail Excellence teams to enhance the in-store experience and ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure coherence between digital, offline and in-store touchpoints along the customer journey.
Performance, Budget & Stakeholder Management
- Own overall marketing performance management across channels, defining KPIs and monitoring results.
- Manage the total marketing budget, balancing brand-building and performance investments.
- Monitor, steer and evaluate the contribution of external agencies and suppliers.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Retail Excellence, IT, Medical Affairs and Finance.
- Collaborate closely with international counterparts and regional teams to share best practices and ensure alignment.
People management
Lead and develop two direct reports
Encourage collaboration, accountability and continuous development within the team.
What you’ll need
University degree (B&A, marketing, communication, management engineering)
At least 5 years of experience in brand and/or marketing
Deep business acumen and proven experience across brand management, media strategy & planning, segmentation, targeting & positioning and marketing performance
You are curious, entrepreneurial and strive to improve every day
Strong analytical skills and able to excel in a data rich environment. Continuous improvement skills are preferred (e.g. Lean and or agile skills are preferred)
Ability to work with sales and cross-functional teams
You are a true team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
Willing to develop personally and professionally and to work in an international environment
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
