About the Role
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering a strategic learning portfolio that meets organizational needs. In this role you will be responsible of Learning Portfolio for the Group Affairs organization: Sustainability, Health & Safety, Compliance & Risk. It includes conducting Training Needs Assessments across the organization, develops training programs and paths, enhances learner engagement and experience, and evaluates training effectiveness, to prepare our people to lead with confidence, navigate complex environment, and drive the company’s success forward.
Your key responsibilities include:

Needs Assessment & Forecasting: Work closely with Group Affairs to assess learning needs annually, maintaining a three-year rolling forecast.

Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and communicate a structured learning portfolio roadmap tailored to specific segments and audiences.

Program Design & Delivery: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and implement impactful learning programs.

Annual Learning Plan Execution: Oversee the nomination process, set the learning calendar, and ensure smooth program delivery.

Performance Measurement: Track learning effectiveness using key performance indicators and continuously refine programs.

Project Leadership & Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance learning processes and training effectiveness.

External Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with learning partners to stay connected to leadership and change management trends.
About you
You are a passionate Learning & Development (L&D) professional with extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programs. With at least 8 years in L&D, preferably in a global role within a multinational environment, you excel at creating scalable, multichannel learning solutions that foster continuous people development.
Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Learning & Development (L&D), preferably within a global role in a multinational environment.

Learning Design Expertise: Proven experience in designing and developing learning programs, focusing on scalability and continuous people development.

Facilitation: Hands-on experience in facilitating L&D programs that engage participants and drive measurable outcomes.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.

Global Stakeholder Management: Experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and learners across a global matrix organization.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and communicate strategic learning roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
