As an LCL (Less than Container Load) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience within our freight forwarding operations, supporting the movement of cargo and assisting operational teams with key logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Support operational teams with daily system updates and accurate data maintenance.
Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of shipment and operational documentation.
Perform data validation activities to ensure information accuracy and completeness across internal systems.
Support document collection, organization, filing, and compliance with internal procedures and standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve documentation-related issues.
Assist with operational tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.
Contribute to the efficient execution of LCL freight forwarding activities while adhering to established processes and guidelines.
Perform additional operational support tasks as assigned by the team.
