LCD Innovation is responsible for designing and delivering transformative solutions across the Legal & Compliance Division. The team drives operational excellence by optimizing business processes, improving data and reporting capabilities, and leveraging technology and AI to enable smarter ways of working.
Through partnership with business and technology teams, LCD Innovation plays a critical role in executing the division's transformation strategy and ensuring investments align with long-term business objectives.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk.

What you'll do in the role:
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain functional requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and user interface mockups.
- Apply Design Thinking and user-centered design principles to improve business processes and user experience.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and requirements that inform solution design.
- Build strong relationships with business, operations, and technology partners across regions.
Solution Delivery & Implementation
- Design, configure, and implement solutions using low-code/no-code platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, UiPath, and related technologies.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI capabilities to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.
- Support the full solution lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Transformation & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Challenge existing ways of working and recommend innovative approaches that create measurable business value.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or solution implementation roles.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with low-code/no-code technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
