This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex administrative law and judicial review matters while advising and representing Commonwealth government clients. Your work will involve managing the day-to-day carriage of matters, drafting legal advice and litigation strategies, preparing evidence and submissions, and assisting with court and tribunal documentation. You will also work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters, instruct counsel where required, and have the opportunity to undertake solicitor advocacy in tribunal proceedings.
The role provides strong client exposure and the opportunity to build relationships while working on significant public law matters.
