We are looking for a Law Intern.
Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Counsel – Business Services, the Legal Intern will have the opportunity to work and gain exposure in Trustmark’s Law Department.Key Accountabilities:
Conduct legal and compliance research to support the Law department.
Assist with drafting and reviewing contract templates.
Attend internal and external meetings to observe legal discussions.
Experience the day-to-day work of legal and compliance professionals, gaining exposure to various legal tasks.
Participate in ad hoc projects as determined by the senior leaders of the Law Department.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an Illinois law school.
First-year law student (1L).
Must be able to work 37.5 hours per week.
The compensation range for this role is the following based on the location of Lake Forest, Illinois:
$18.89 - $27.29 per hourThe final offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
