What you´ll do:
- Be responsible for the development of Emma's franchise network in Germany and ensure its success
- Define and drive a lead generation strategy to identify and attract qualified franchise candidates in the German market
- Manage internal and external stakeholders (internal teams, prospective franchisees, legal and real estate partners) throughout the development process
- Build deep market mastery and full ownership of your market: local dynamics, competition, catchment areas, expansion potential
- Develop a strategic plan for franchise network expansion covering all aspects of the business (legal, financial, operational, marketing)
- Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy, building trusted, long-term relationships with partners
- Be an inspirational example for team members through high performance and demonstrated leadership
Who we´re looking for:
- More than 2 years of experience in project management or network/franchise development
- Availability to travel
- You are fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus!)
- Experience in franchise development or store launches in Germany is a plus
- You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic and negotiation skills, building solid partner relationships and finding win-win solutions
- You are resilient and able to drive your projects to completion, successfully and on time
- First-hand experience in business development, partnership management, or lead generation is a plus
- First-hand experience in launching a store or franchise is a plus
- Your strengths include a sense of responsibility, self-reliance, and a structured way of working
- You love to organize and coordinate things yourself, and can move forward independently
- You are passionate, self-confident, and comfortable approaching new people
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
