Launch Leader
Industrialization & New Product Introduction (NPI)
About the role
We are looking for a Launch Leader to support industrialization and new product introduction activities in our Blonie production plant. This role is ideal for a motivated young professional with a few years of experience in a manufacturing environment who is eager to grow and take ownership of operational launch tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update implementation plans for new product launches, new lines, or product variants.
- Organize and participate in regular project status meetings, including reporting progress and open points.
- Monitor daily industrialization activities to ensure alignment with the launch plan.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues early.
- Work closely with:
- Program Manager
- Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Finance
- Technical Centers to gather and clarify technical requirements
- Support operational activities during pilot runs and ramp-up phases in the plant.
- Maintain updated documentation related to project and launch activities.
Our Requirements
- Fluent English in both spoken and written form
- Good communication skills, openness to challenges
- Strong time management skills, ability to work well in a team, organizational abilities
- Technical degree (preferred fields: Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Production Management).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a Production Plant
- Very good knowledge of project management techniques
- Very good knowledge of the Windows environment and MS Office package (especially Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Experience in project management in the automotive industry
- Ability to define objectives and risks related to project implementation
- Close cooperation with departments such as logistics, finance, quality, engineering
