Summary:
The Launch Analyst Program is a comprehensive initiative tailored to equip college graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel within the mortgage industry and introduce them to the complete financial side of the business. This program provides participants with opportunities for professional growth, including soft skills training, networking opportunities with exposure to industry leaders, as well as obtain a deep breadth of mortgage industry knowledge through completing rotations in various departments. The collaborative program is set to provide hands-on experience in departments that work in tandem with analysts, to better understand the loan process, the industry, and Freedom Mortgage as a company.

Essential Job Functions:

Special Projects and Cross Functional Challenges: Engage in projects addressing business challenges across various functions.

Program participation: Apply 75% of your time to learning and supporting the business, and 25% to business operation rotations and industry courses.

Business Unit Collaboration: Work with the assigned business channels to assist leaders in day-to-day operations:

Corporate Finance Analyst: Analyze financial statements, prepare budgets, and assist in strategic planning and modeling.

Corporate Analytics Analyst: Perform data analysis, create reports, and support data-driven decisions.

Internal Risk Analyst: Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Correspondent Analyst: Track loan analytics, review financials, build financial models, and actively participate in process improvements.

Professional Development: Successfully earn accreditations, complete training courses, and learning modules assigned in the program.

Networking and Relationship Building: Engage in building professional relationships within the company.

Successfully complete the NMLS S.A.F.E. exam.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University required.

Degrees in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics preferred

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.

Ability to read business journals, reports and legal documents

Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators, managers, employees, customers and/or the general public
