Why We Have This Role

As Qualtrics expands our presence in Latin America, we need a passionate and strategic Recruiting Manager to help us find excellent, diverse talent across the region. You'll be the driving force behind hiring exceptional candidates across our bustling Mexico City hub and vibrant locations in Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina. In this important role, you’ll know how to manage an engaged, high-performing team and will be able to roll up your sleeves and recruit top talent yourself. You will own external recruitment agencies relationships and strategies to be mutually successful. You will own all relationships with key leaders in Latin America across all functions — sales, customer success, engineering, and more — making a real impact on our business trajectory in the region. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and be an important member of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team. Things You’ll Do

  • Drive Hiring Success: Achieve ambitious hiring targets for the Latin America region, ensuring we attract and retain top talent across all departments.
  • Lead and Mentor Your Team: Manage a small but effective team of recruiters, providing guidance while fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere. Be an an expert in capacity planning, ensuring the team is set up to successfully deliver hiring goals with excellent talent.
  • Partner with External Agencies: Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies to supplement staffing needs and streamline processes, ensuring alignment with our culture and values.
  • Hands-On Recruitment: Actively engage with candidates by sourcing and carrying requisitions for key roles yourself, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent needs, delivering tailored solutions that meet our recruitment objectives.
  • Optimize Recruitment Processes: Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience, using both data and feedback.

 

What We’re Looking For On Your CV

  • Proven ability to recruit and hit team recruiting targets in high-growth tech environments, ideally with experience in SaaS or related industries and across multiple functions (Go-to-market, product and engineering, G&A, etc).
  • Strong leader who can grow and inspire their team with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously across several countries in Latin America. Strong command of capacity planning.
  • Experience in managing external recruitment agency partnerships to expand talent pipelines and improve sourcing strategies as needed.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in personally hiring excellent and diverse talent through all sources — personal prospecting, direct applications, referrals, and agency support.
  • Deep understanding of Latin American labor markets, benefits, and cultural nuances, with an appreciation for regional differences.
  • Experience leveraging recruitment technologies and analytics to drive successful hiring processes. Data-driven, operationally minded leader.
  • Ability to collaborate with and effectively work with global, geographically distributed team members and leaders.
