We currently have a career opportunity for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team located in LATAM.
As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be the visionary technical leader for our most critical client engagements. You will be instrumental in all phases of the software development lifecycle, responsible for translating complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will operate as the primary technical authority, guiding clients and development teams to build world-class solutions that drive tangible business value.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design and strategy for enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on mastering and extending the capabilities of Sales Cloud.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable solutions by leveraging mastery of Apex, complex Flows, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring seamless and secure integration with third-party systems such as Conga CLM and DocuSign.
- Serve as the primary technical authority within an Agile framework, translating complex business requirements into detailed technical designs, user stories, and actionable tasks for the development team.
- Establish and enforce architectural best practices, coding standards, and platform governance to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability. Actively mentor developers and junior architects to elevate the team's technical capabilities.
- Own and de-risk the technical delivery of the project by leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs), managing the product backlog, tracking project risks, and acting as a trusted advisor to both business stakeholders and project managers.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 7 years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem in an architecture or senior development capacity. A minimum of 3 full-cycle project implementations in a lead architect role within a professional services or consulting environment is mandatory.
- A Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification is mandatory. The Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly preferred and a significant differentiator.
- Demonstrated mastery of Sales Cloud, advanced Apex (including governor limits and asynchronous processing), complex Flows, and the Salesforce security and sharing model. Deep, hands-on expertise in designing and implementing integrations with external platforms like Conga CLM and DocuSign is required.
- Advanced English communication skills are mandatory, with proven ability to lead technical workshops, articulate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and defend design decisions.
- Proficiency with modern development tools (VS Code, SFDX, CLI, Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is essential. Experience acting as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity for managing backlogs and project risks is a significant advantage.
