As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Owner / Business Analyst supporting an existing platform while partnering with client stakeholders based in the United States.
Gather, refine, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements, translating them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation guidance for delivery teams.
Provide ongoing support and functional oversight for existing features built in Clarion, including issue follow-up, requirements clarification, and impact analysis for enhancements or defects.
Demonstrate strong ownership of product and project outcomes by managing backlog priorities, communicating tradeoffs, and keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, status, and next steps.
Act as a bridge between current-state operations and a future-state platform, helping preserve business continuity while contributing to a broader modernization path.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand dependencies, review solution options, and support decisions that may involve .NET as part of a transition strategy.
Facilitate conversations with clients and internal teams in English, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and timely resolution of open items.
Support release readiness, validation of delivered functionality, and post-release follow-up to confirm that solutions meet business intent and user expectations.
Professional experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or closely related role with direct responsibility for requirements definition, stakeholder management, and delivery follow-through.
Hands-on experience with Clarion to support, manage, or oversee existing application features and business workflows.
Strong product or project ownership skills, including the ability to prioritize work, drive accountability, and balance immediate operational needs with longer-term roadmap goals.
Advanced English proficiency required for direct communication with clients in the United States across meetings, written communication, and day-to-day collaboration.
Demonstrated experience documenting requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and partnering with engineering teams through implementation and validation.
Ability to analyze current-state business processes, identify risks or dependencies, and communicate impacts of changes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort working in environments that combine legacy systems support with future platform transition planning.
Availability to work effectively in a client-facing consulting environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with .NET to support conversations, documentation, and coordination related to a future technology transition.
Prior experience in dual-hat roles that combine Product Owner and Business Analyst responsibilities.
Exposure to legacy modernization, migration programs, or application transformation initiatives.
Experience partnering with distributed teams across regions and time zones.
Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and iterative planning.
