Position : Last Mile Specialist
Tracking and monitoring the Coupang logistics services in Taiwan and help to scale up the same.
What will you do?
Manage 1P/3PL logistics vendors' daily/weekly performance including shipments, returns, customer escalations, billing and others.
1. Daily tracking of vendors performance 1P/3P including deliveries, damages, losses, etc.
2. Communication with vendors for issues/escalations as well as getting capacity related updates (especially for 1P quick flex).
3. Monitor vendors' performance and delivery rates and highlight/solve issues along with vendors teams.
4. Manage internal communication with stakeholders including FC, outbound teams, finance, capacity planning, customer service and others.
5. Work on vendors' payments cycle (1P/3P) including data and reporting.
6. Main requirements include:
- Proactive personality, willing to learn and adapt to change
- Excel experience (Pivot Table, Mapping ..etc),
- Quick on-the-spot response and the ability to quickly determine work priorities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Other bonus points include: English Writing and Speaking (Basics)
- Transportation background (3PL background preferred), Can also adapt to the on-site environment of the logistics center if necessary.
7. Holiday shifts required to cover operations with 1P/3P vendors.
