About the role:

As Last Mile Manager you own the operational and commercial success of our third-party logistics partnerships. Within a strong team of customs and last mile logistics experts we are on our mission to build a world class healthcare supply chain.

About your tasks:

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and cost targets while overseeing performance reviews, contract negotiations, and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate on the development and execution of logistics and fulfillment strategies that support company growth, implementing solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and flexibility in the supply chain.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvements.
• Analyze metrics and reports to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement, providing leadership with regular updates on logistics performance and cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate risks within logistics and last-mile operations, implementing strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.

About you:

• University degree or vocational trainning in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain management, or operations within preferably an e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks, with preference for experience in direct-to-consumer logistics models.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, supply chain software, and analytics tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS), with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills with experience managing commercial discussions and third-party logistics partners; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present complex data to senior management. Fluency in English required; knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus.
