Job Description

As a Large Business Intelligence Analyst, you will directly support the business by conducting advanced data analysis, leveraging SQL and Python to extract insights, and utilizing AI tools to identify patterns and trends. This role is designed for someone who combines strong analytical and technical skills with excellent communication abilities. You will work on high-impact projects that drive business decisions across our Revenue Growth organization.


You will be responsible for delivering clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.


In this role, you will take on diverse analytical projects that require technical proficiency with AI, SQL and Python, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. You will support data analysis efforts by building queries, analyzing datasets, creating visualizations, and using AI tools to enhance analysis. Your work will directly influence business strategy and help the business make data-driven decisions.


How you'll make an impact:

Strategy & Planning

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize revenue performance across all funnels through strategic and tactical business adjustments
  • Work closely with the executive team and key Revenue functions (Sales, Marketing, Product) to set business KPIs tied to key strategies and objectives
  • Be a key partner on the senior team that determines business strategy and identifies and prioritizes new growth opportunities and innovations
  • Partner cross-functionally on projects to drive alignment on product strategy and go-to-market approach

Analytics & Insights

  • Evaluate complex, open-ended questions on performance, strategy, and trends as they arise
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities through advanced analytics and AI
  • Leverage internal data insights to identify and evaluate complex questions and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Distill complex trends and data into key insights and actionable next steps for stakeholders
  • Provide proactive insights and answers to key business questions regarding variances from prior periods and performance drivers
  • Use data-driven insights to identify and drive initiatives that improve business performance

Merchant & Sales Analytics

  • Leverage AI to drive merchant-related insights including merchant performance analytics, success metrics, and recommendations for growth
  • Provide prospecting analytics and target identification support to the sales team for both large and small businesses
  • Create clear, actionable merchant analytics that highlight where merchants are succeeding or struggling

Advanced Analytics & Testing

  • Capitalize on AI capabilities to create standardized business reporting and identify complex patterns in data
  • Troubleshoot and debug funnel performance issues to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
  • Design and execute controlled tests to validate strategy recommendations and measure impact on business objectives

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; quantitative fields preferred
  • Strong proficiency with SQL for querying and data manipulation
  • Proficiency with Python for data analysis and scripting
  • Experience with or familiarity with AI prompting tools and their applications
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
  • Strong visualization skills for creating clear, compelling data presentations
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
