As an Assistant Brand Manager for Laos Foods, you will define business models, explore consumer insights, and partner with teams to disrupt categories for Unilever.

You will be a member of the CL Foods Business Unit team, in charge of MKT related tasks in Laos. You will work to define one or more business models to enter a segment with existing, entrenched competitors. You will partner with your cross-functional team to explore the consumer, customer, competitive and financial implications of entering a new category and what it will take to be successful (and potentially disrupt a new category for Unilever!). Much focus and priority will be against exploring disruptive, unexpected ways to build a new or existing brand through distribution channels, fulfillment, format, and micro-targeting.
