Position: Finance Executive

Role Overview:
In line with our agenda to grow the business year on year, we have a lot of development and expansion plan in the pipeline. In order to effectively support and maintain these expansion plan, having a dedicated resources to focus on ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the business is very crucial.
Finance Executive requires to review the custom payments and invoices from the transporters and works with 3rd party team to provide accounting entries for posting. The finance executive is also responsible for checking the transfer prices of the imported goods.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reconciles the custom payments from Transporters and bank statements Checks the custom documents and works for posting in system with 3rd party team and ensures posting is correct and accurate. Reviews the transporters’ invoices and reimbursements correctly and processes posting with 3rd party team. Checks the transfer prices of imported goods for intercompany invoices and highlights to team for discrepancy. Supports for smooth Month End closing and Supports team in assigned projects such as Custom Audits and Tax Audits if any.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
- Proficient in English, computer skills and Microsoft Excel
- Strong Communication skill, Time Management, and stakeholder engagement
- Commitment, Accuracy, Efficiency and Accountability
- Willing to learn Finance Accounting and grow with organization.
