Printpack's manufacturing plant in Villa Rica, GA is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Laminator Operator.
The Laminator Operator is responsible for the overall operation of the Laminator, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Set up and monitor the machine process to assure quality product
- Ensure productivity goals are met for department/machine by monitoring run speeds, set up times, and coordination of support departments
- Troubleshoot and correct problems
- Communication orally and/or in writing to other departments for resolution of mechanical problems, reporting defective material, coordination of job preparations, changeovers and daily shift information
- Accurate and timely production reporting
- Training new associates
- Comply with all safety rules
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous lamination experience is preferred
