- Perform daily TPM inspections and report equipment abnormalities.
- Prepare tooling and perform fiberglass lamination process.
- Collect, dispense, and handle resin according to process specifications.
- Operate curing ovens and monitor curing processes.
- Strip cured products from tooling and maintain tooling condition.
- Inspect finished products for quality, weight, and identification requirements.
- Complete production records and traceability documents.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum PMR Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
- Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to carry physical works.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
