We are looking for a Labview Software Engineer to join our international team. You will be developing software tools that are used for development, test and validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-data-rate applications at the forefront of automotive innovation.
YOUR CHALLENGES?
Advanced LabVIEW Programming: Develop robust, in-vehicle recording systems, HILs, and other advanced automation tools using LabVIEW. These systems will be designed to capture and manage high-data-rate streams from a wide array of sensors, including cameras, radars, LiDARs, vehicle buses (CAN/Ethernet), and high-precision reference systems.
Hardware in the Loop (HiL) Development: Design and build HiL test environments to simulate sensors like automotive cameras, radars, ultrasonics on real-world driving scenarios.
Work with State-of-the-Art Hardware: Get hands-on with the latest test systems, equipped with FPGAs and high-performance measurement cards.
Global Collaboration: Working closely with a highly experienced international team to solve complex challenges.
Virtual Validation: Develop innovative simulation tools for virtual testing and validation of ADAS functions.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...
A Master's degree in Software Engineering, Cybernetics, Robotics, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Very good knowledge of NI LabVIEW, with a CLAD certification as a minimum (backed up with provable hands-on experience).
Fluency in (technical) English language is essential, as most daily communication is in English.
You have a strong sense of personal responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Versioning systems experience ( Git, SVN,...).
Ability to travel internationally, approximately 4 weeks per year.
Highly beneficial but not essential would be:
Join an expert team! We have numerous CLAs and CLDs on board. A CLD/CLA certification is a significant advantage and will allow you to collaborate with peers at the highest level.
NI PXI platform experience.
LabVIEW FPGA programming experience.
Knowledge of text-based programming languages: C++, C#, Python.
Experience with test systems development.
Experience with Vector CANoe.
