About the role:  

Main focus on this position is to coordinate and perform the product labeling artwork change (e.g., boxes, cartons, bottles, plastic wraps, and other containers) among the stakeholders and labeling team to deliver high quality artwork in the efficient timing. This role will be a key resource for coordination and implementation of Market driven package and label changes.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Lead Label Artwork Projects: Manage end-to-end strategy and execution for labeling artwork changes across multiple product lines and markets.
• Coordinate Change Control Requests (CCR): Oversee and implement labeling changes using TrackWise, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless workflow transitions.
• Drive Plant-Specific Implementation: Ensure accurate roll out of labeling changes within production facilities, liaising closely with site teams and engineering.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary liaison between Manufacturing, Regulatory, Graphic Artists, Marketing, and Quality teams to align labeling objectives.
• Translate Product Requirements into Compliant Labeling: Convert inputs from label request forms into regulatory-compliant, market-ready packaging and artwork.
• Review and Approve Label Content: Oversee proofreading, graphic layout assessments, and document reviews for inserts, IFUs, cartons, and leaflets.
• Support Packaging and Regulatory Strategy: Deliver GxP-aligned documentation and maintain a comprehensive library of packaging evidence for audit and improvement purposes.
• Identify and Resolve Project Ambiguities: Evaluate and recommend clear paths for complex labeling decisions based on risk analysis and stakeholder input.
• Champion Packaging Improvements: Lead initiatives focused on departmental process optimization, packaging quality enhancements, and cross-team collaboration.
• Represent Labeling on Strategic Projects: Provide labeling expertise to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring product integrity and market readiness throughout the product lifecycle.

About you:

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience working in manufacturing plants with regulated environments, specially within quality and new products introduction areas.
• Experience with Quality System documentation and procedures changes/updates.
• It's a plus to have labeling and packaging processes experience.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and process improvement frameworks.
• Desirable: Familiarity with standard printing technologies (offset lithography, digital printing, gravure, flexography).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrable experience of on-time delivery of complex technical projects and activities.
• Building productive relationships with design teams.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Languages or related fields.
• Education and/or background with database.
• Education and/or background with Project Management tools
