Job Summary
The Inside Sales Manager will lead the team of part-time Inside Sales Representatives (Associates) by recruiting, hiring, training and developing the staff to prepare them for full-time opportunities within our sales department and throughout the company/industry. The Inside Sales team will have aggressive sales goals for LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park Premium products. Candidate will be expected to exceed goals for all projects, develop our current employees into future leaders of our company, and recruit new talent to join our organization.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the Inside Sales team through coaching, performance management and development, ensuring a high level of engagement and productivity.

  • Oversee and report on essential functions for each Inside Sales Representative, including quality control tracking of phone calls, emails, meetings, sales results, and progress toward goals
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with Inside Sales Representative to discuss goal progress and focus.
  • Conduct meetings with upper management to report on key performance metrics; suggest improvements and efficiencies for operations and the quality of customer experience.
  • Work closely with Sales Department heads to plan, prioritize, and delegate work tasks according to top priorities to meet and exceed department sales goals.
  • Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive processes and procedures to enhance training and development programs for each part-time inside sales representative.
  • Maintain client base and build new leads through outbound sales efforts; work with CRM administrator to score, schedule, and track leads for Inside Sales team.
  • Attend internal and external networking functions and events for both sales and recruitment prospecting. Events to include all Galaxy home matches along with additional events as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year)
  • 4-6 years
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in all standard Microsoft software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level of organizational skills, ability to multi-task and to redirect focus
  • Must be able to work independently and handle multiple projects with little supervision
  • Strong work ethic, results oriented; ability to go above and beyond what is necessary to achieve success
  • Multilingual preferred

Payscale: $73,266.00 - $88,915.00

Bonus:  This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
