Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing and managing the organization's marketing reporting, dashboarding, audience insights, and business intelligence capabilities. This role will support data-driven decision making across marketing, ticketing, partnerships, ecommerce, and fan engagement initiatives through actionable reporting and performance analysis. This position will oversee marketing dashboards, tracking implementation, audience analysis, and campaign reporting for paid media while helping establish scalable measurement frameworks and insight generation processes. The role will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform strategic decision making.
Essential Functions
  • Develop, update, and maintain marketing and business performance dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into KPIs, marketing channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and revenue outcomes. Coordinate with Data Analyst on ticketing and business reporting and analysis.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to set up, establish and manage tracking infrastructure, tagging standards, and attribution frameworks across digital channels and platforms, including website, ecommerce, and paid campaigns and channels in coordination with Paid Media Manager.
  • Analyze fan, customer, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights that support organizational objectives.
  • Support audience segmentation and reporting frameworks that support lifecycle marketing, personalization, paid media optimization, and fan engagement strategies
  • Deliver reporting and insights to stakeholders across marketing, ticketing, partnerships, and other business functions.
  • Assist the development of forecasting, pacing, and performance measurement models tied to acquisition, retention, and monetization goals.
  • Collaborate with digital product and marketing teams to measure conversion performance, funnel behavior, and user experience optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and measurement accuracy across dashboards, analytics platforms, and business reporting tools.
  • Establish and maintain standardized reporting processes, documentation, and business review cadences across departments.
  • Stay informed on emerging analytics tools, dashboarding capabilities, and measurement best practices to improve organizational reporting maturity.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Product or related technical field.
  • 2-4 years Related work experience.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and marketing performance analyses that support business decision making.
  • Experience working with digital analytics and campaign measurement tools, including tracking and reporting processes.
  • Strong experience translating complex data and analytics into actionable business insights, including audience segmentation, lifecycle analysis, performance measurement, and fan engagement strategies that drive revenue outcomes.
  • Experience identifying business opportunities, structuring analyses, synthesizing findings, and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, ticketing, partnerships, digital product, and operations teams to align analytics initiatives with commercial and organizational objectives.
  • Experience supporting conversion optimization, campaign performance analysis, and customer journey insights across acquisition, retention, upsell, and engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with analytics, visualization, and marketing technology platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, CRM/CDP platforms, and digital advertising platforms preferred.
  • Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or consumer-facing digital businesses preferred but not required.
  • Must be flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective follow-up and follow through required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights and reporting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, governance, and security principles, with experience handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Experience working with analytics and marketing technology platforms including GA4, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, CRM/CDP platforms, and dashboarding tools.
  • Familiarity with tracking, attribution modeling, campaign measurement, and customer journey analytics across digital ecosystems.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, lifecycle analysis, personalization, and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, structure analyses, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, ticketing, digital product, partnerships, and operations teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy, information security, and risk management concepts related to customer and business data.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, analytics tools, and external reporting or technology partners preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn required business systems.

Payscale: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00

Bonus:  This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
