- Develop and implement marketing programs specifically tailored to EMEA partners - including regional system integrators, consultancies/agencies, GSIs, resellers, and technology partners
- Create region-specific demand programs designed to drive new partner pipeline and accelerate opportunities in the region
- Collaborate with EMEA field marketing, ecosystem teams, and partner sales managers, to develop localized go-to-market strategies
- Develop partner-ready marketing assets that resonates with the EMEA market, including:
- Customizable sales and marketing materials
- Localized case studies and success stories
- Region-specific digital and content marketing assets
- Collaborate with partners to invest in the growth of their marketing maturity and competencies
- Work closely with local marketing teams to leverage and adapt global marketing programs for the European context
- Support partner readiness and certification programs tailored to the region's unique business landscape
- 5-7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on the European technology sector
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or field marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner marketing programs in EMEA
- Experience with enterprise software and B2B marketing in technology industries
- Proven track record of creating marketing strategies that drive partner performance and revenue growth
- Ability to travel in the region
- Multi-lingual fluency is highly desired
