What You’ll Do:
- Keep
technology running at its best by diagnosing hardware issues, replacing faulty
components, upgrading devices, and using diagnostic tools to quickly
resolve technical problems.
- Take
ownership of IT assets by managing inventory, tracking stock movements, maintaining
accurate records, and ensuring the right equipment is available when
needed.
- Support a
dynamic IT environment by collaborating with technical teams, preparing inventory and
trend reports, traveling to customer sites when required, and helping
improve overall service operations.
Requirements
What You Need:
- 2–4 years of
experience in
desktop support or a similar IT support role.
- CompTIA A+
certification (preferred) or at least 3 years of equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience performing warranty
hardware repairs for HP, Dell, and Lenovo devices, including parts ordering, replacement, and
returns.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, with the ability to
troubleshoot, rebuild, and deploy systems.
- Familiarity with macOS, iOS,
and Android device support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
Office,
antivirus solutions, desktop applications, and client-specific software
troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and
troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve common IT issues
independently.
- Excellent customer
service and verbal/written
communication skills in English; conversational local language is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized,
and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently,
collaborate effectively with teams, and provide sound technical
recommendations.
