The Integrated Agent Desktop (IAD) product is modernizing how customer facing employees serve our customers, designed to simplify how bankers, tellers, and customer service agents access systems, authenticate customers, and complete servicing workflows. Compass provides a unified, role-based entry point for search, customer authentication, session management, and access to critical servicing tools. By consolidating workflows and simplifying navigation, Compass improves employee efficiency, reduces cognitive load and hand-offs, and enables consistent, controlled servicing across branch and contact-center channels.
The L1 Product Owner is responsible for owning and managing the day-to-day delivery execution for one to two agile delivery teams. This role ensures that team backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for delivery, and that completed work meets defined acceptance criteria, quality standards, and control requirements.
The L1 Product Owner serves as the team-level business authority, enabling predictable delivery while balancing business outcomes, technical dependencies, risk considerations, and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact, incorporating Agile delivery practices such as backlog readiness, stakeholder alignment, and measurable delivery outcomes.
  • Act as a key participant in large-scale planning efforts, partnering across product, technology, UX, and operations to support integrated delivery, dependency management, and aligned sequencing of work.
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy related to product, functionality, and experience areas, translating strategic intent into clear priorities, delivery plans, and actionable backlog items.
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line through in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including emerging technologies, user feedback, delivery insights, and unprecedented or intangible considerations.
  • Make informed decisions impacting digital strategy for product, functionality, and experience areas, applying strong understanding of business objectives, policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and risk considerations throughout execution.
  • Lead and guide a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives, serving as a key decision maker during Agile execution, supporting delivery ceremonies, leveraging approved GenAI tools, and collaborating with peers and senior leaders to achieve shared goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Branch banking experience
  • Comfort leveraging modern, AI-enabled Agile ways of working, using approved tools to improve backlog quality, story definition, and delivery efficiency while communicating clearly with business and technology partners.
  • Deep experience operating in Agile delivery environments, with strong ownership of backlog management, prioritization, sequencing, and maintaining delivery readiness aligned to product objectives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile planning and refinement practices, including leading backlog refinement sessions, ensuring Definition of Ready standards, and supporting predictable sprint execution.
  • Strong capability in writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria, partnering closely with analysts and delivery teams to ensure clarity, testability, and alignment with business outcomes.
  • Hands-on delivery leadership within Scrum or Agile teams, acting as the primary business decision maker during sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Proven experience coordinating across Agile teams and stakeholders, actively managing dependencies, sequencing, and cross-team alignment to support integrated delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Agile quality, risk, and control expectations, including UAT participation, defect prioritization, and adherence to governance, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $187,000.00
