We’re hiring L1 Cloud Operations Engineers to join our first-line cloud operations team. As part of a 24/7 global operation, you’ll ensure the health, availability, and stability of Redis Enterprise cloud environments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll monitor, triage, and resolve basic alerts, while learning cloud operations practices and collaborating with senior engineers.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to grow their careers in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.

What You’ll Do

Monitor Redis clusters and respond to alerts in real time.
Perform basic remediation tasks (failovers, memory checks, routine optimizations).
Follow runbooks and escalation procedures with precision.
Collaborate across shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage.
Provide clear communication and updates during incidents.
Escalate issues to senior CloudOps teams when needed.
Support documentation and continuous improvement of procedures.

Location

India / Bangalore

What You Bring

0–2 years of experience in technical support, NOC, or cloud operations.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux fundamentals.
Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools and incident workflows.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a shift-based team.
Calm under pressure, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Bonus: Knowledge of Redis or distributed systems.
