We’re growing our KYC team and looking for passionate professionals to join us across three specialist streams. Each role plays a unique part in protecting our customers and the business from financial crime—while delivering a seamless, compliant, and customer-focused onboarding experience.
Be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process with clarity and care. You’ll verify documentation, assess risk, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and compliant experience.
Support customers onboarded via digital platforms, brokers, and remote pathways. You’ll conduct due diligence, monitor broker-originated customers, and work with diverse and vulnerable customer groups using digital tools.
Focus on onboarding small and medium business customers, including companies, trusts, and other complex entities. You’ll apply enhanced due diligence, assess business structures, and ensure compliance across varied customer types.
- 2+ years in KYC, onboarding, or AML roles
- Experience onboarding business customers or complex entities
- Strong knowledge of NZ AML/CFT regulations, obligations for legal entities
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Experience with digital identity verification and broker channels
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
