As an Operations Executive on our KSA Exclusive Supply & Fulfillment team, you own the engine that makes “a life without chores” real: making sure every booking is matched, every customer is served, and our fulfillment numbers climb week after week. When supply is tight or a customer is at risk, you are the person who spots it early and fixes it.

What you’ll own (your outcomes)

  • Fulfillment — drive fulfillment rate up by closing supply-demand gaps before they cost us a booking.
  • Utilization & efficiency — keep professional utilization healthy and reduce unfulfillment week over week.
  • Customer experience — resolve customer issues with empathy and speed so satisfaction scores keep rising.
  • Data you can trust — own clean, accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and quality so the team decides on facts, not guesses.
  • Proactive operations — run outbound calls to quality-grading standards and contribute to projects that make the operation faster and better.

Your first 90 days

  • Weeks 1–2: learn our tools, CRM, and fulfillment metrics; shadow the team and own your first daily reports.
  • Weeks 2–8: take full ownership of your fulfillment and utilization targets; start spotting and closing gaps independently.
  • Weeks 9–12: lead a small efficiency improvement, and become a reliable go-to for customer escalations in your area.

What you must bring

  • 1–3 years in operations or customer support, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Fluent Arabic and solid working English — you’ll speak with customers daily.
  • Genuine analytical rigor: comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, reading metrics, and acting on what the numbers tell you.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the service industry or an on-demand/marketplace business.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tooling.
