Job Description Summary – Oracle Fusion (Customer)
Undertakes analysis on Oracle Fusion Customer data flows and interactions and how it impacts our data consistency and applications, complex analytical scenarios and help drive solutions and standardization. The Knowledge Specialist is responsible for leading and maintaining high-quality Customer Master Data within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
This role ensures data accuracy and consistency across Customer Master Data. The specialist collaborates with multi-functional teams to support data governance, customer creations and updates to customer records (Customer Data), enabling efficient operations and reliable analytics. Will undertake sophisticated analytical scenarios and help drive solutions and standardization of the process. Blue Works - Support and creation of complete process workflow. The Knowledge Specialist will work alongside the Solution specialists and Data Solutions Lead to ensure end to end understanding and working methods in relation to dataflow. They will demonstrate subject management expertise on defining & implementing quality dashboard metrics; their key involvement will be to drive solutions and consistency of quality data and controls.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
Build, update, and maintain Customer master records including creation and editing of Customer Data in Oracle Fusion.
Proactively drives standard processes and methodologies for data solutions, while driving improvement in results
Configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet business needs.
Leads and co-ordinates disciplines to ensure data improvement practices optimally and efficiently
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Coordinates with Customer managers/Sales Specialist, functional managers and other collaborators for timely completion of Customer set ups/changes as per the request on Oracle Fusion system and maintain consistency.
Mentors/coaches team members.
Drives adherence to, and acceptance of, Master Data Processes to supervise data quality.
Provides input and mentorship on projects or initiatives impacting these processes and reference data, delivering multiple tasks and changing priorities on time and to agreed quality.
Is accountable for accuracy of master data they support.
Solves complex problems/queries, and escalation management.
Coordinate with Customer managers/Sales Specialist, functional managers and other team members for timely completion of Customer creations and changes to existing Customer data.
Drive analyses large volumes of data attributes across data sets pre and post load cycles
Conduct feasibility study and do risk analysis on all identified projects.
Identify Customer issues related to customer data, system bugs and reported back to customer owners/segments
Identify system, workflow issues and drive improvements with the help of Business Analysts
Responsible for planning and executing all entitlement needs around WFA roll outs
Provide assistance and mentorship to new recruits and less expert members of staff
Undertakes strategic analysis driving solutions and improvements
Drives documentation ensuring data library is built which can foster into data process improvement teams.
Implement and carry out data governance policies and validation rules.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Support lifecycle validation and compliance with internal standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / post-graduate preferably with 5+ years Order to Cash / Customer Service experience
Moderate level of experience required in the financial market, customer management, leadership, Project Management.
Good to have hands on experience on Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management
Aware about FTSE Russell, Post Trade, LCH business
