Position Summary

as a Knowledge Solutions Engineer you'll work to blend administrative, technical, and collaborative responsibilities to keep our Atlassian ecosystem, Spotfire dashboards, and underlying infrastructure running smoothly while continually driving innovation.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Application Support: Provide technical support, upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting for the Atlassian suite and Spotfire.
• System Management: Manage, configure, and customize Atlassian tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This includes customizing workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards to meet the specific needs of various teams.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Open Source Technology & Innovation: Evaluate, test, and implement open-source tools and frameworks that complement analytics, dashboards, and data-driven solutions. Identify opportunities to replace commercial tools with open alternatives where appropriate.
• User Enablement & Collaboration: Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions that improve productivity and collaboration
• Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 
• 3+ years experience in dev ops
• 2+ years experience server management
• DevOps (Git, CI/CD); Observability (Grafana, Loki).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users.

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
