CACI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Manager with extensive experience working with SharePoint Knowledge 2013-2019. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in SharePoint Designer, direct front-end development knowledge with a working understanding of back-end development (e.g., Java and JQuery), and hands-on experience in HTML coding. As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our organization's knowledge management systems, facilitating the efficient capture, organization, and retrieval of critical information, and developing and maintaining a site with built-in workflows.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Oversee the knowledge management systems and infrastructure, particularly SharePoint Knowledge 2013-2019, to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge management needs, streamline processes, and enhance information accessibility.

  • Design and implement SharePoint-based solutions tailored to the organization's knowledge management requirements.

  • Customize and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to improve content organization and user experience.

  • Utilize SharePoint Designer to develop workflows, forms, and templates to automate knowledge management processes.

  • Demonstrate expertise in front-end development technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

  • Apply back-end development knowledge, such as Java and JQuery, to enhance the functionality and interactivity of SharePoint applications.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on best practices for knowledge management and SharePoint utilization.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in knowledge management and SharePoint technologies, recommending innovative solutions to boost productivity and knowledge sharing.
     

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.

  • Proven experience working with SharePoint Knowledge 2013-2019, SharePoint Designer, and developing SharePoint-based solutions.

  • Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.

  • Working knowledge of back-end development languages, including Java and JQuery, to enhance SharePoint functionalities.

  • Direct experience in HTML coding to customize and optimize SharePoint sites.

 

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

  • Experience with PowerBI is a plus.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
