The Role

What this Job Entails: 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Specialist to join our innovative Information Technology team! In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate critical knowledge that drives decision-making and operational efficiency. You will manage comprehensive knowledge systems, from databases to content management tools, and ensure seamless knowledge sharing across departments. Scope: 

Capture, organize, and manage critical knowledge across the organization.
Maintain knowledge systems such as databases and content management tools.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing through platforms, training, and tools.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Work with IT and other departments to integrate knowledge management into workflows.
Monitor, track, and report on knowledge management system usage and impact.
Ensure alignment of knowledge management initiatives with organizational goals.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain systems to capture, organize, and store knowledge.

Collaborate with teams to identify and document critical knowledge assets.

Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and foster collaboration across departments.

Create and manage knowledge-sharing platforms, tools, and training programs.

Continuously assess and improve knowledge management processes and practices.

Provide expertise and support to project teams on knowledge management strategies.

Monitor, report, and present on system usage and the effectiveness of knowledge initiatives.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Expertise in knowledge management tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Confluence, and others, is essential for ensuring seamless knowledge capture, organization, and sharing. You bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive knowledge initiatives forward. Your sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with a keen attention to detail, make you a master at identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, your experience in project management and process optimization empowers you to enhance workflows and deliver impactful solutions with enthusiasm and precision.

Salary Range

$55,950.44 - $88,342.80 USD (Salary)

  • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
  • Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
