The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking outstanding IT candidates in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Knowledge Management Lead. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization.
As the Knowledge Management Lead it falls under you to assess the existing knowledge management processes and systems and recommend improvements to align with federal government standards and best practices. You will participate in and oversee the development, design, develop, and implementation of resources made available for internal and external users.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

Responsibilities:
· Lead & manage the daily tasks, activities, and performance of the knowledge management team.
· Establish relationships with functional departments and clients to promote awareness of Knowledge Management initiatives
· Develop and update documentation which includes process workflows, Knowledge Articles (How-To’s, Troubleshooting), Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, Work Instructions, User Guides, and User Manuals
· Meet with stakeholders to define requirements and retrieve content for customer facing Knowledge Articles
· Champion program management methodologies for KM particular needs and successfully supervise and run program tasks while adjusting program strategy to address complex changing circumstances across multiple functional areas
Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance
- 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
- 5+ years of working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, OneNote, Outlook)
- Understanding of Knowledge Management methodologies such as Knowledge Centered Service (KCS)
- Experience using AP writing format and AP Stylebook
Desired:
- An active DoD Secret or higher clearance
- Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat Pro
- TechSmith Snagit
- TechSmith Camtasia
- Experience with ITSM Tools, ie ServiceNow
- Experience working in the Department of Defense

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
