We are seeking an Analyst to assess and enhance our global HR Knowledge database. The role involves identifying improvement opportunities, developing best practice guidelines, and supporting initiatives to improve knowledge searchability and accessibility. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the Global Knowledge Manager to address daily knowledge-related concerns, improve document quality, and drive employee adoption.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical skills, and experience in evaluating and improving data or content quality.

About the Role:
- Partner with global process owners to enhance the HelpHub portal, ensuring continuous improvement in employee experience, process performance, and service delivery.
- Own and optimize the user experience across all geographies, ensuring a consistent and high-quality product experience.
- Collaborate with the Global Knowledge Manager to evaluate, update, and improve process documents for global utilization.
- Work with ServiceNow and other platform owners to maintain a seamless HR technology landscape, supporting governance, documentation, and process alignment.
- Lead and represent the HelpHub portal in governance forums, projects, and feature releases, ensuring effective configuration, value realization, and adoption.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (product owner capacity or equivalent), including strong knowledge of key components such as service catalogue, reporting, virtual agent, case management, portal, and knowledge.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build global stakeholder relationships, align technology with business priorities, and manage workload effectively.
