Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Knowledge and learning design Manager (f/m) to join our Training Center with the Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.
Join the dynamic and passionate Infrastructure, Programme, and Governance department within Airbus Training Services. Our team of 10+ people works to support Airbus Training Services, the global leader in comprehensive, competency-based training for Commercial Aircraft operators. Our goal is to be the reference in innovative training, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. This is achieved by integrating industrial assets, digital platforms, strategic alliances, and strict customer experience standards across our worldwide network.
Your role will be to safeguard and manage the critical knowledge within the operations across Airbus's global training network. This is achieved by mapping where this knowledge resides, defining robust methods for its capture and transfer, and developing innovative training materials and learning pathways to ensure it is maintained and effectively shared across all corresponding positions and teams.

Your challenges:
Define training requirements and learning pathways for teams within the Training Centres network and partners (excluding Instructor training).
Develop, update, and maintain training content and media.
Conceptualize and define innovative methodologies for knowledge transfer.
Identify and specify the necessary tools for effective training delivery.
Manage the interface with digital teams (SD/DC) for tool approval and integration into MyPortfolio, in close cooperation with STB.
Incorporate innovative pedagogical methods tailored for adult learners.
Establish standardization practices for trainers (excluding flight/maintenance instructors).
Promote the sharing of methods and best practices with Flight and Maintenance domains.
Provide support for implementing advanced pedagogical methods within the Flight and Maintenance domains, upon request.
Deliver specific training sessions as required.
Your boarding pass:
Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/4/5 or equivalent) in interactive media engineering, pedagogy, or a related field.
Expertise: Solid knowledge of adult learning engineering and instructional design principles.
Soft Skills:
Proven ability to present and defend ideas publicly.
Strong capacity for collaborative teamwork.
High degree of autonomy and self-motivation (Self-starter).
Aptitude for innovation and disruptive thinking.
Languages:
English: Advanced proficiency is required.
French: Intermediate level is a desirable asset.
Other languages: A plus.
