- 8 to 10 years of experience as Project Co-Ordinator.
- Support Project Manager in planning, organizing, and tracking Kinaxis project activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, follow-up action item lists, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and status reviews with cross-functional business teams.
- Ensure effective communication across project stakeholders and timely escalation of issues.
- Track and report on project KPIs and status updates for senior leadership.
- Support change control and version tracking for project deliverables.
- Maintain an up-to-date issues and risk log, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
