Position Title: Kinaxis Integration Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a hands-on project manager, leading the migration of our data integration infrastructure to a modern, streamlined integration model.
To effectively plan our global supply chains, we need to integrate data from multiple source systems into our planning tool Kinaxis Maestro. Currently, this is achieved with a complex architecture comprised of multiple tools and integration patterns.
We are now embarking on an exciting modernization initiative to:
- Simplify our architecture
- Streamline data pipelines
- Enable AI use cases
- Use Agents for building and testing the new data pipelines
This transformation will make our integration processes more efficient, easier to troubleshoot, and simpler to enhance — directly supporting Sanofi's mission to deliver life-changing medicines to patients worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in our current integration landscape — working closely with our data integration team to develop a thorough understanding of the architecture, data interfaces, timings, and all relevant technical details of the AS-IS.
- Shape the migration strategy — contributing to the design of a robust migration and delivery approach that sets the project up for success.
- Own the end-to-end project delivery — planning and leading execution, coordinating development teams and multiple stakeholders, ensuring service continuity throughout, and providing expert guidance that combines your data integration expertise with the deep knowledge you will have built of our current solution.
- Drive proactive risk management — identifying, eliminating, and mitigating risks across all phases of the project.
- Be a true hands-on leader — rolling up your sleeves as needed to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, validate results, and craft pragmatic solutions.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role within a strategically important project for Sanofi — offering exceptional opportunities to make your mark and accelerate your professional growth.
The position is based in Hyderabad, where you will collaborate with local colleagues as well as with teams across Europe and other locations, gaining valuable exposure to Sanofi's international operations.
