Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Functional Business Analyst, preferably in Oracle ERP Manufacturing modules.
- Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and functional support.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and understanding of manufacturing processes and how they integrate with Oracle ERP.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Experience in requirements gathering, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, solution design and project management skills.
Job Description
- Hands-on in setup configuration, documentation, testing, and support, with the ability to recommend best practice for process improvements, change requests, or new implementations.
- Partner with business users/stakeholders in manufacturing to identify process issues and opportunities.
- Analyzing business requirements, testing, and solution design with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders (with their needs) and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
