Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:Team Leadership & Supervision
Direct supervision of the Business Analyst/Project Officer, including workload distribution, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Act as the final reviewer and "editor-in-chief" for all deliverables produced by the Officer (e.g., project logs, process maps, and requirement documents).
Coach the team on best practices in requirements gathering, data visualization, and stakeholder management.
Strategic Business Analysis
Lead the discovery phase for high-priority projects, identifying root causes of business friction and proposing scalable solutions.
Design and implement "To-Be" processes that improve organizational efficiency and ROI.
Ensure the integrity of data used for business cases and project reporting, translating complex datasets into actionable executive insights.
End-to-End Project Management
Define project charters, success metrics, and resource plans for cross-departmental initiatives.
Identify potential project "red flags" (budget, timeline, or technical) and lead the mitigation efforts before they impact the business.
Overseeing the creation of training programs and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams (IT/Dev) and business units.
Manage expectations of senior stakeholders, providing transparent reporting and handling conflicting priorities with diplomacy.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Information Systems, Data Science, or Business Administration.
Professional Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in business analytics or project management, with at least 1–2 years in a lead capacity where they were responsible for reviewing the work of junior staff.
Technical Skills
Project Management Frameworks: Deep understanding of the DLM (Digital Lifecycle Management) and the ability to pivot between Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall depending on the project.
Documentation: Advanced skills in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Process Modeling: Advanced-level proficiency in Business Process Management and using relevant tools.
Data Visualization & Quality: High proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
