What you’ll be doing:

Keynote Operations:

  • Design and implement attendee experiences for NVIDIA keynotes and addresses, ensuring seamless coordination and memorable moments. Including but not limited to entry experience, wayfinding, transportation, security, concessions, staffing, and more.

  • Create and implement a scalable, external facing experience and template for future NVIDIA keynotes and productions.

  • Provide mentorship to internal teams on standard methodologies

  • Coordinate creation and development of speciality group experience, working closely with global teams on standards and process.

  • Manage all logistics and coordination for VIP + guests, press, and other key groups with niche access, working closely with internal teams, agencies, and venues..

  • Represent speciality group management internally and externally as subject matter expert for all NVIDIA keynote.

  • Actively track and negotiate keynote budget costs related to FOH (front of house). Report budget updates to internal teams.

  • Partner with our extraordinary global events and conference team on large scale events to create a magnificent experience for attendees

Executive Communications:

  • Plan and logistically manage executive speaking engagements including event keynotes, fireside chats, recordings, and company meetings

  • Lead production elements across global teams including creative and marketing deliverables, onsite execution, and livestream production.

  • Partner with internal teams on announcements, partnerships, overall storytelling and briefing documents.

  • Manage central calendar of committed executive engagements, working closely with Executive Assistants

  • Aggregate information and ensure NVIDIA’s brand and executives are represented consistently and strategically across all executive communications and external-facing materials.

  • Work across departments to align messaging and strategy, reinforcing NVIDIA’s vision and priorities in all executive-facing engagements.

  • Track and evaluate industry trends, technology advancements, and global events

What we need to see:

  • Creative and dedicated individual with 5 to 8 years experience in the live-event, creative agency or public relations field, passionate about the tech-industry is a bonus

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to multitask, be detailed oriented and extremely organized while meeting tight deadlines under pressure and driving teams to implement

  • Collaborate with dynamic senior executives and stay cool in fast paced situations

  • Able to work independently and follow process with minimal supervision

  • Being comfortable with change and working in an ever evolving team

  • Must be available to travel for week-long periods about four-five times per year

  • Product launch or high-profile event experience involving elaborate A/V, stage sets, streaming/ broadcast

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

The base salary range is 116,000 USD - 224,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
