Role Summary and Impact

As a Performance Executive, you will be a vital engine driving client success by supporting your team with the execution and optimization of performance media campaigns across search, social, and display channels. You will directly impact client revenue growth by strategically managing campaigns and identifying opportunities for improved performance. Your work will have a significant impact on the overall success of our clients' marketing efforts, contributing to increased brand awareness and customer acquisition. 

  • Proactively contributing to achieving client performance goals by implementing effective campaign strategies and optimization techniques. 
  • Executing thorough Search Query Report (SQR) analysis to identify irrelevant or low-performing keywords, implementing negative keywords, and optimizing keyword bidding strategies for improved campaign efficiency. 
  • Developing and presenting comprehensive weekly performance reports, analyzing key metrics and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for campaign improvement. 
  • Overseeing the analysis of campaign results, identifying trends, drawing conclusions, and documenting key learnings to inform future campaign strategies and best practices. 
  • Analyzing user engagement metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce rates) to identify opportunities for optimizing ad creative, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve overall campaign performance. 
  • Conducting in-depth reporting and analysis of paid media performance and audience behavior, identifying key trends and insights to inform strategic decisions related to targeting, messaging, and budget allocation. 
  • Overseeing finance reconciliation processes, verifying campaign spend, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and budget management. 

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Major.
  • Experience in digital media, paid advertising, or media buying (agency experience a plus!). 
  • A proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • A creative and solutions-oriented mindset. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • A meticulous and organized approach to work.
