All about the role:

Responsible to sales performance (both sale in & sale out), recruitment, training, controlling promotors as set target account.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage each store daily and monitoring TDS to achieve sales target
  • Manage relationships with store managers and buyers
  • Direct and control Promoter operation for the company‘s policies
  • Forecast and manage stock at the store levels
  • Monitoring market size and market share in responsible area / account
  • Monitoring product selling activity in the store and supervise the activities of promoters placed in each store
  • Training TDS and Promotors
  • Keep responsible merchandising to reach brand image of company

Who you are:

  • Min 2 years experiences in sales
  • Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)
  • Costumer oriented
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

• Agile. You like working in a fast moving environment, being open to new opportunities and evolving priorities and flexible in the way you deliver against strict deadlines and dealing with ambiguity. You manage every shifting priorities;

• Energy. You are passionate about what you do and able to transmit that energy to your team. Challenges are there to be overcome!

You will be based in our Jakrata office, Indonesia.
