Job Description- Lead overall Client retail, accountable for the region execution, focussed on People and Retail Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail personnel or account managers within the region to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics (sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc.) to ensure targets are met.
- Increasing the portfolio of clients working with offline retail businesses
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail management, ideally in a regional or territory management role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve high performance.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Have a good network in the retail business
