Responsibilities:
Strategic Development & Execution: Develop, execute, and oversee trade initiatives, program setups, education meeting, and tactics for key customers within the pharmacy channel to drive sales growth and increase market share, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing plan.
Account Management Leadership: Lead the team in executing key account management strategies, including business reviews, to maintain alignment with objectives and monitor performance and provide coaching to key account representatives
Sales Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze sales data to track performance, identify results, and uncover growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with BCM to ensure effective supply planning and execution. Communicate and coordinate closely with the sales managers on trade and initiative programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AP regions to develop and implement effective account strategies.
Tele-Pharmacy Engagement: Establish and grow tele-pharmacy engagement initiatives to create new opportunities within the pharmacy channel.
Budget Management & Reporting: Develop, manage, and forecast promotional budgets, and regularly report on performance metrics to monitor effectiveness and ensure efficient use of resources.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making, optimize trade marketing strategies, and enhance the effectiveness of key account initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements in trade marketing and account management practices.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Science. MBA is preferable
Proven experience in key account management, trade execution, and sales growth initiatives within the pharmacy channel.
Strong negotiation skills with experience setting and implementing strategic programs.
Leadership ability, positive thinking, and good team player.
Analytical skills to monitor sales performance and identify market opportunities.
Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with BCM, sales manager and other teams across the AP region.
Experience in promotional budget management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
