The Senior Key Account Manager – Public Sector, Healthcare & Education is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic account management, public procurement excellence, and channel partner engagement across the Nordic region.
This role combines commercial leadership with strong analytical capabilities, focusing on identifying, managing, and winning complex public tenders while building long-term relationships with customers, procurement stakeholders, channel partners, and internal teams.
The position requires deep expertise in public sector procurement processes, tender management, business analytics, and indirect sales models. Success in this role is achieved through a data-driven approach, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Your Contribution

  • Lead and manage the full tender lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, bid strategy, response coordination, submission, and post-award follow-up.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education verticals.
  • Drive business growth through a combination of direct sales activities and channel partner engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement authorities, decision-makers, consultants, and strategic customers.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to identify opportunities and maximize market coverage.
  • Analyze procurement pipelines, framework agreements, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor public procurement platforms and proactively manage tender opportunities across the Nordic region.
  • Conduct detailed bid/no-bid assessments based on commercial, technical, and strategic criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, legal, finance, product management, and operations to deliver high-quality tender responses.
  • Develop account plans for strategic customers and framework agreements to maximize long-term revenue potential.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Deliver regular business reviews, market insights, and performance reporting to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, contractual obligations, and company governance requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, procurement forums, and customer engagements.

Qualifications and SkillsExperience

  • Proven track record managing complex public sector sales and tender processes.
  • Strong experience working with public procurement, framework agreements, and regulated purchasing environments.
  • Demonstrated success in Healthcare, Education, or Public Sector markets.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and indirect sales models.

  • Nordic market experience is considered highly advantageous.
