Key Account Manager

You will lead strategic relationships with key hospitals and healthcare accounts in Algeria. You will design and deliver evidence-based account plans that improve patient access and drive commercial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues in commercial, medical and market access. We value clear communication, teamwork and practical problem solving. Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute account plans for assigned hospitals, clinics and specialist centres to deliver agreed objectives.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical decision makers and healthcare leaders.

- Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate internal teams to deliver account objectives.

- Use market, clinical and performance data to prioritise actions and measure impact.

- Plan and deliver professional education, trainings and workshops that support clinical practice.

- Monitor results, report progress and adjust plans to meet agreed goals.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

- University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in key account management, hospital sales or similar roles in healthcare.

- Proven record of delivering account-based results and managing projects.

- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with clinical audiences.

- Comfortable using digital tools and data systems for territory planning and performance tracking.

- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned territory. This role is field-based and on-site focused.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

- Clinical or therapy-area knowledge relevant to hospital care or specialty medicine.

- Experience working with market access, reimbursement or payer stakeholders.

- Experience in negotiating commercial agreements or working with contracts.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

- Proficiency in French and Arabic. Good English is an advantage.

- Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms for account segmentation and targeting.

This is a field-based, on the west Algeria
